New Construction in Altoona

I've mentioned the growth of business coming to Altoona, but not the growth of homes. But there is a lot worth mentioning! A new development just southeast of Altoona will create 203 single family homes with trails and a pond, called Brookhaven Estates. Construction is underway now. Fieldstone Estates is nearby as well with homes going up already, but still time to choose your own! A development growing within the city is Bennett Bay, scenic lots of various sizes near Willowbrook Elementary. Meadow Vista is a current development in town but is now opening up with more construction as an addition to the development. So many homes, so many choices!
