Welcome to Venbury and Ironwood in Altoona. These two developments are located in the heart of the town's amenities!  Shops, a pond, walking paths, Aquatic Center, library and more are within walking distance!  Altoona is located within the Southeast Polk School district. Children in these neighborhoods attend either Altoona or Clay Elementary School, Spring Creek Center, Junior High and High School, respectively.  Having been a resident of Venbury for ten years, I can say its truly a great place to live!
